This review does not include <br />any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br />Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br />carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic systems. <br /> <br />~he ~gprove~ si~e plan shall be posted in s visible.an~ readily accessible <br /> ocarina prior ~o the inspection request. The ManuTac~ured dwelling is to be <br />installed per the 1796 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br />The permit fee for this Manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br />if corrections are required. All blocking, installation of temporary or permanent <br />sta~rs, and plumbings electrical, and mec~anicsl connections are required prior to <br />an inspection request. <br /> <br />Before inspections are requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card Must be posted <br />in an accessible location near the front of the building. No inspections will be <br />performed if the green card is not posted on the job si~e and available to the inspector. <br />Post the orange card, depicting the property sddress, st the driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work May proceed only at the direction of the inspector. To request an inspection of <br />completed work, DIAL (58~) ~73-4427 (24-Hour inspection line) prior to 7:88 AM to <br />receive same day service. <br /> <br />USE INSPECTION CODES WHEN REQUESTING INSPECTIONS: <br /> <br />1. STAND INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 682 - FOOTINGS: If you are placing concrete for concrete pads; or runners or <br /> concrete for perimeter footings and foundation. Call for inspection before <br /> pouring the concrete. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking re-bar placement, when required; checking <br /> distances to adjacent structures, property lines, streets and sidewalks in <br /> a Manufactured dwelling ps~k. and setbacks from propertx lines for installations <br /> other than parks. Property lines must be clearly marked. <br /> <br />?. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 687 - BLOCKING & ?NNE,TIONS. This inspection Includes block[ng placement and <br /> connections, electrical feeder connection, mechanical connection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five ¢5) feet of the manufactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a seper'ate permit when it ~s an <br /> intricate part of the manufactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, water, sewer or mechanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent stru?ures, property <br /> l~nes, streets and sidewalks in s manufactured dwelling park, and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other than in parks.
