Tax account 56388-000. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described con~Ti~iOhal Use <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />..kuis cond%tional, use ~mit is valid only when exercised by <br />~-~/%~ 0 ~ . ~-~. The effective period of an approved <br />on~'~io~al U~e ~a~ b6 ~x~ended for an additional year subject to <br />approval of an extension (Extension form available from the <br />Planning Division). <br /> <br />WARNING: A decision approving the proposed use is for land use <br />purposes only. Due to septic, well, and drain field replacement <br />areas, these parcels may not be able to support a dwelling. To be <br />sure the subject property can accommodate the proposed use the <br />application needs to check with the Building Inspection Division, <br />588-5147. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a building permit. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a building <br />permit can be obtained or the approved use established: <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain all permits required from the <br />Marion County Building Inspection Division, <br /> <br />An Authorization Notice is required by Marion County Building <br />Inspection Division prior to connecting a second dwelling to <br />an existing septic system. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a Mobile Home Removal Agreement to <br />the Planning Division. This agreement specifies that place- <br />ment of the mobile home is temporary and that it will be <br />removed after the hardship ceases to exist (agreement en- <br />closed). <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Once the approved use is established the <br />following conditions must be continually satisfied:. <br /> <br />4. The proposed mobile home shall use the existing septic system. <br /> <br />5. No new accesses shall be created to serve the mobile home. <br /> <br /> <br />
