Based on the results of this study, site <br />approval was granted. The approval is s~.te specific to the area tested, and the septic. <br />system must be 1. neared im the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized <br />by this office. A Dew s~te ew~luation may be required if the system is proposed for a <br />different area on the Property. <br /> <br />Th~s approval was g:iven om the basis that the lot or parcel mill not be further pat"titioned <br />or subdivided amd that conditions on this prooerty, and om adjacent properties are not altered <br />in any manner wh:ich would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area <br />shall not be a~tered by cuttinQ, filling~ or other d~velopmental activities Which would <br />~mpede the successful operation of the 1nitiaI or replacement absorption systems. SITE THE DROP BOXES FIVE FEET FROM THE <br /> WESTERLY PROPERLY LINE AND BEGIN THE DRAINLINE TRENCHES TEN <br /> FEET FROM THE LINE SO THE ENTIRE DRAINFIELD IS AS CLOSE TO <br /> THE WESTERLY PROPERTY LINE AS POSSIBLE. AN EFFLUENT PUMP IS <br /> NECESSARY TO INSTALL THE DRAINFIELD WITHIN THE APPROVED AREA <br /> AT THE CORRECT DEPTH. AN ALTERNATIVE SAND FILTER SYSTEM IS <br /> NECESSARY FOR FUTURE REPAIRS TO BE LOCATED IN THE NORTH- <br /> WESTERI_Y PART OF THE PROPERTY. OBSERVE ALL. USUAL SETBACK AND <br /> SEPARATION DISTANCES.
