An inspection determined that it did not appear adequate to serve the purpose proposed. <br />Based on the results of this study, site approval has been granted for the installation o~ a <br />new system. This approval is site specific and must be insBalled according to the following <br />specifications and the attached site plan. <br /> <br />Soils in the approved area shaI1 not be altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other <br />activities which would impede the successful operation of the septic system. Observe all <br />requireo setback/separation distances during the installation of the system. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records. Give a copy of this permit ~o the septic sy~teo <br />~staller prior to the installatim~ of the system. Any dewatiom Trom the approveo plan <br />must have prior approval from this office. <br /> <br />The followimg construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic system: <br /> TYPE OF REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br /> MININUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 158 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: EQUAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 18INCHES, MINIMUM; 18INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> NINIMUM SOIL BACKFILl_: 6INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br /> The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (18) foot <br /> centers amd with no line exceeding 125 feet in ~ength. The trenches and perforated <br /> pipe are installed level (+/- one inch) and con~oured to follow the natural ground <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY ROBERT FOSTER om <br /> MAY 38, 1977. <br /> THIS A~TNORIZATION INCLUDES CONNECTION OF THE BUILDING AT <br /> THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY AND CONNECTION OF THE NEW MODULAR <br /> BUT[DING TO THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM. THE TOTAL OCCUPANCY <br /> ON THE PROPERTY WILL BE 28 PEOPLE. THE TOTAL SEWAGE FLOW OF <br /> 388 GALLONS (15 GAL/PERSON/DAY X 20 PEOPLE = ~80 GPD) IS IN <br /> EXCESS OF THE ALLOWABLE USE ON THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM. <br /> THE ABOVE SPECIFICATIONS ARE FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE <br /> EXISTING SYSTEM TO BRING IT UP TO CURRENT CODES. <br />2. The attached ORANGE CARD Must be posted at the county road. <br />3. The site Must be protected from traffic, livestock~ farming <br /> or other damaging activities. <br />4. This system must be inspected prior to cover. When work is <br /> complete, call our Automated Inspection Request Line, <br /> <br /> ~lacinq new buildings on tbe proper~y mod when installing <br /> he ne~ drainfield. <br /> <br /> <br />
