This review does not include <br /> any review of e~cessory structures. <br /> <br /> Separate permits are required for accessory structures, includin9 garages and <br /> carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic systems. <br /> <br /> The approved site plan shall be posted iN a visibl~ a.nd readily~accessible <br /> loc~tion prior to the i~specti~n r~quest. The manu?aczured dwelling is to be <br /> installed per the 1996 uregon manu?actured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br /> The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections <br /> if corrections are required. All blocking, installation of temporary or permanent <br /> stairs, and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are required prior to <br /> an inspection request. <br /> <br /> Before inspections are requested, the green "Record of Inspection" card must be posted <br /> in an accessible location near t~e front of the building. No inspections will be <br /> Derforned if the green card is not posted on the 5ob si~e and available to the inspector. <br /> ~ost the orange card, depicting the property address, at the driveway entrance. <br /> <br /> Work.may proceed only at the direction of the inspector. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 6B7 - BLOCKING & CONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> connections: electrical feeder connection, mechanical connection, water and <br /> sewer connection within five (5) feet of the manufactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a separate permit when it is an <br /> intricate part of the manufactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical, water, sewer o~ mechanical connections. <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures, property <br /> lines, streets and sidewalks in a manufactured dwelling park~ and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other than iN parks. Property lines <br /> must be clearly marked. <br /> <br />3. FINAL INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 699 - FINAL: Skirting. deck, and permanent steps are to be complete and the <br /> manufactured dwelling ready for occupancy. Assigned street numbers shall be <br /> painted or affixed to the front of the dwelling in a contrasting and highly <br /> <br /> <br />
