They MUSt be obtained at this office <br />and be signed by the homeowner doing his own w~rk or by the <br />sub-contractor for the specific wor~ perforMed; they may not <br />be issued to a general contractor. The label should be <br />affixed to the turn, ace plenum o~ sill plate prior to the <br />underfloor Mechanical or plumbing inspection request; or <br />to the electricml penal box prior to the rough-~n plumbing, <br />mecha~ical~ or electrical inspection requests. <br />6.
