Based on the results of this study, <br />si~e approvax nas oeen granted. This approval is specific to the area tested, and the system <br />Must be installed ira the iMMediate area of the test pits. <br /> <br />Soils i~ the approved area shall not be altered or Modified by cutting~ filling, or other <br />activities which would impede the successful operation of the septic systeM. ODserve all <br />required setback/separation distances during the installation of the systeM. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records. Give a copy of this permit to the septic systeM <br />i~statler prior to the installation of the systeM. Any deviation from the approved plan <br />M~st have prior approval fl'eM this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic systeM: <br /> TYPE OF REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1800 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 450 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: SERIAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 24INCHES, MININUM; 24INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA tINDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIHUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROHNB WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br /> Tire disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on MiniMUM ten (10) foot <br /> centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet ira length. The trenches and perforated <br /> pipe are installed level (+/- one inch) a~rd co,toured to follow the natural ground <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY ROBERT FOSTER on <br /> JUNE 10, 1997. <br />2. The attached ORANGE CARD M~st be posted at the countx road. <br />3. The site Must be protected from traffi% livestock, ~ar~ring <br /> or other damaging activities. <br />4. This system MJlst De inspected prior to cover. When work is <br /> coMplete~ call our AutoMated Inspection Request Line~ <br /> at ~73-4427, to request an "801" PRE-COVER inspection. <br /> Leave a Message for the inspector to indicate the name of <br /> the installer and phone number, the size of tank installed <br /> and tire length of drainfieId. An inspection should be <br /> completed w~thin seven (7) days. <br />5. Locate the existing draiTrfield lines and thee stake out the <br /> new drainfield to verify the locatio~ of the new field and <br /> avoid the arem of the old systeM. <br /> <br /> <br />
