This review does not include <br /> any review of accessory structures. <br /> <br /> Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and <br /> carports~ electrical servlce~ water lines~ sewer lines~ and septic systems. <br /> <br /> The approved site plan shall be posted in a visibl~ a~d readily accessible <br /> location prior to the inspection request. The ManuTac:ured dwelling is to be <br /> installed per the 1996 Oregon Nanufactured Dwelling Standards. <br /> <br /> The permit fee for this Manufactured dwelling covers a Maximum of three inspections <br /> if Corrections are required. All blocking~ installation of temporary or permanent <br /> stairs~ and pluMbing~ electrical~ and Mechanical connections are required prior to <br /> an inspection request. <br /> <br />Before in~pections are requested~ the green ~Record of Insaection~ card Must be posted <br />in an accessible location near the front of the buildine. Ho inspections will be <br />performed if the green card is not posted on the job si~e and available to the inspector. <br />Post the orange card~ depicting the property address~ at the driveway entrance, <br /> <br /> Work May proceed only at the direction of the inspector. INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br /> <br /> 407 - BLOCKING & CONNECTIONS: This inspection includes blocking placement and <br /> connections: electrical feeder connection. Mechanical connection~ water and <br /> sewer connection within five (5) feet of the Manufactured dwelling. The <br /> electrical service connection requires a separate pernit when it is an <br /> intricate part of the Manufactured dwelling. Call before installing the <br /> skirting or covering electrical~ water~ sewer or Mechanical connections, <br /> <br /> This inspection includes checking distances to adjacent structures~ property <br /> lines~ streets and sidewalks in a Manufactured dwelling park~ and setbacks <br /> from property lines for installations other than in parks. Property lines <br /> Must be clearly Marked, <br /> <br />~.
