THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GERIMES ON JUNE 17, <br /> 1~7. THE REVIEW IS TO CONSIDER REPLACING THE SEPTIC TANK TO <br /> ACCOMODATE THE ONE BEDROOM ADDITION. THE NEW TANK MUST MEET <br /> A FIVE FEET MINIMUM SETBACK FROM THE NEW FOUNDATION LINE. <br /> THE OLD TANK HUST BE PUMPED AND PROPERLY ABANDONED UPON CON- <br /> NECTION TO THE NEW TANK. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE PUMPING RE- <br /> CEIPT AND COMPLETED ABANDONMENT FORH TO OUR OFFICE UPON CON- <br /> NECI'ION. WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THE EXISTING DRIANFIELD IN OUR <br /> FILES. IT APPEARS QUITE OLD CONSTRUCTED OF TERRACOTTA TILES. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THAT 'THE SEPTIC TANK BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR <br /> SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USE- <br /> FUL LiFE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. SOIL MARGINAL FOR REPAIRS. <br />2. The attached ORANGE CARD MUS~ be posted at the county road. <br />~. The site must be protected from traffic, livestock, farming <br /> or other damaging activities. <br />4. This system Must he inspected prior to cover. When work is <br /> complete, ca].l our Automated Inspection Request Line, <br /> at ~7~-4427~ to request an "801" PRE-COVER inspection. ' <br /> Leave a message for the inspector to indicate the name of <br /> 'l~he installer and phone number, the si~e of tank installed <br /> and the length of drainfield. An inspection should be <br /> completed within seven (7) days. <br /> <br /> <br />
