Based on the results of this study, site <br />approval was gray, ted. The approval is s~te specific to the area tested~ and the septic <br />system must be located in the iMMediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized <br />by this office. A new site evaluation May be required if the system is proposed for a <br />d~fferent area on the property. <br /> <br />'Ibis ~pproval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and ~hat conditions on this property and on adjacent' properties ace not altered <br />in any Manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area <br />~hall not be altered by cu{'~'inq, filling, or other' developMental activities which would <br />impede the successful ~bperatiorS'of the lnitial or repIace~ent absorption systems. The trenches and perforated pipe a-e <br /> i. nstalled level (+/- one ~nch) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br /> TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br />COMNENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />HIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON JULY 8, <br />1~97~ INSTALL AS PER SITE PLAN.DATED JULY 8, 17~7. NOTE, TNE <br />UP-SLOPE CURTAIN DRAIN= USE CARE NOT TO ALTER THE NATURAL <br />TOPSOIL WITHIN THE DRAINFIELD SITES PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. <br />OBSERVE ALL USUAL SETBACK AND SEPARATION DISTANCES. <br />A groundwater interceptor is required as part of this <br />systeM. This interceptor trench Must be constructed a <br />~liniMuM twelve (12) inches wide by forty-eight (48) inches <br />deep with thirty-six (~6) inches of clean gravel placed over <br />a four (4) inch SMooth wall perforated pipe. The intercep- <br />tor must he lecated at least ten (I0) feet upslope from the <br />disposal field and Must d:lscharge through a watertight non-- <br />perforated pipe b~side or below the dis~posal field. A min- <br />iMuM separation of' ten (10) feet is required for the septic <br />tank if the tank is located upstope of the groundwater in- <br /> <br /> <br />
