The footing and stemwall under new bedroom is to be 15" x 7" with an 8" stemwall. <br /> <br /> 2. Owner is to sheetrock garage, ceiling and walls inside. <br /> <br /> 3. The rear deck has an approximate 8' wall and a 4' x 4' column, plus the existing house supporting it. <br /> 4. Both decks have an 18" overhang past supporting columns. <br /> <br /> 5. A 12" thick slab is under front deck. <br /> <br /> 6. The rear deck is supported at outer end by a 24" wide x 3' deep footing. <br /> <br /> 7. The bedroom window heights will have sill height less than 44", but more than 18". <br /> <br /> 8. The wall sluds upstairs and downstairs are spaced 16" on center. <br /> <br /> 9.
