Seepage is evidonml toward the hottom of this gravel <br />layer. <br /> <br />The Roberts Residence has exparleflced lateral moveme~lt of varying de~r~s, increasing toward the <br />slope. The bank did not completely fail, but moved several feet at the worst location. Evidence of <br />lateral movemm~t to a lesser degree was el~erved along the house, such as: tilted deck supports and <br />downdropped deck, patio slab pulli~l away fr~rn house, end settlement ~acks in tho foundation, <br /> <br />At 24035 guttevilte Road the slope failure is very similar to what occurred at the Alton Residence. <br />The scarp is up to tim deck supports and patio at the back of the manufactured home. The failed soil <br />and trees have not c~rnpletely washed away, but have downdroppad apl~oximetelV 25 to 30 feet. <br /> <br />Nembv Site <br /> <br />We have previo|Jsly worked oll a ~ failure at the nea~f Ragan residence located at 24145 <br />Bmtevilh) Road, The rlverbank failure at that site was caused during the same fleedirlg event in the <br />wit~ter of 199§.
