Tax account 74730-060. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Partitioning <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />This approval is valid only when the final partitioning plat is <br />recorded by JANUARY 31 1998. After recording the final <br />partitioning plat, the applicant shall provide proof of the <br />recording to the Planning Division. This can be either a copy of <br />the recording fee receipt or a copy of the plat showing the County <br />Clerk's stamp. The effective period of an approved application may <br />be extended for an additional year subject to approval of an <br />extension (Extension form available from the Planning Division). <br /> <br />W2kRNING: A decision approving the proposed division is for land <br />use purposes only. Due to septic, well, and drain field replace- <br />ment areas, these parcels may not be able to support a dwelling. <br />To be sure the subject property can accommodate the proposed use <br />the application needs to check with the Building Inspection <br />Division, 588-5147. <br /> <br />This decision does not include approval of a building permit. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: The following conditions must be met before a buildin~ <br />permit can be obtained or the a__p_proved use established: <br /> <br />The applicants shall submit a final partitioning plat to the <br />County Surveyor's Office (Senator Building, 2nd Floor, 220 <br />High St. NE). Following plat approval, it shall be recorded <br />with the Marion County Clerk (final plat instructions and <br />example enclosed). <br /> <br />Prior to submitting the final partitioning plat, the appli- <br />cants shall obtain an approved septic site evaluation from the <br />Marion County Building Inspection Division on the undeveloped <br />parcel. <br /> <br /> <br />
