An i~spection of 'the fieid determined <br />that it' appeared adequate to serve the purpose propoged in the application. No evidence of <br />failure was found in the drainf:i.~ld and the field appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br /> <br />l'he Minor Repair Permit is for replaceme~lt of the existing septic tank and inspection of the <br />property determined that a new tank, May be installed to replace the existing tank. The <br />· Following specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic tank. <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 <br /> <br />Call for inspection of the new septic tank~after the tank has been installed and prior <br />to backfill. This permit As issue~ with the. recommendation that the septic tank be <br />pumped and inspected approximately every five (~) y~ars. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records. Give a c{~py of this peri, it to the septi~ system <br />installer prior to the installation of the system. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON DECEMBER <br /> 23~ 1777. THE REVIEW IS TO REPLACE THE' ~ETERIORIATED SEPTIC <br /> TANK WITH A NEW 1800 GALLON CONCRETE TANK. THE OLD TANK MUST <br /> BE PUNPEB AND PROPERLY ABAN~ONE~ UPON CONNECTION TO THE NEW <br /> ~ANK. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE PUMPING RFCEIPT AND COMPLETE~ <br /> ABANDONMENT FORM TO OUR OFFICE. OBAERVE ALL USUAL SETBACK <br /> AN~ SEPARATION ~ISTANCES. <br />2. The attached ORANGE CAR~ must be posted at the county road. <br />~. Th~ site Must be protec:ted from traffic, livestock~ farming <br /> or other damaging activities. <br />4~ 9'his system most he inspected prior to cover. When work is <br /> complete, call our Automated Inspection Request Line, <br /> at ~73-4427, to re4uest an "881" PRE-[.OVER inspection. <br /> Leave a message for the inspector to i~dicate the name of <br /> the installer and phone number~ the si~e of tank installed <br /> and the length of drainfield.
