The septic tank was pumped and inspected on 12/06/95 <br />by MIKE'S SEPTIC <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years, This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, <br /> <br />Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property, <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1, THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON MAY 18, <br /> 1998. THE REVIEW IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPOSED <br /> PROPERTY PARTITION. NO APPARENT CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS <br /> NOTICED. SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE REPAIRS, REFER TO <br /> REVISED SITE PLAN DATED JUNE 18. 1998. OUR RECORDS INDICATE <br /> THAT THE EXISTING SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED JUNE 24, 1980. IT <br /> INCLUDES A 1000 GALLON CONCRETE TANK AND 4-112' DRAINLINES. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THAT THE SEPTIC TANK BE PUMPED ABOLFF EVERY <br /> FOUR TO FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL SERVICE <br /> AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PARTITION, <br />2. THE A1-FACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> ~lacement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br /> The areas of. the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
