No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped 02/02/98 , by STAYTON SEPTIC and was inspected at that time. <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system. Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the <br />property. <br /> <br /> CDMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> 1, THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON MARCH 21, <br /> 1998. THE REVIEW IS TO CONSIDER REPLACING THE EXISTING THREE <br /> BEDROOM MOBILE HOME WITH A NEW THREE BEDROOM MANUFACTURED <br /> HOME. THE NEW HOME WILL BE LOCATED IN A DIFFERENT AREA. NO <br /> APPARENT CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS NOTICED. WE HAVE NO RECORD <br /> OF THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM IN OUR FILES. THE SEPTIC TANK <br /> SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDUEE, ABOUT EVERY FIVE <br /> YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL LIFE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE <br /> WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED CONNECTION. FUTURE RE- <br /> PAIRS MIGHT INCLUDE AN ALTERNATIVE SAND FILTER SYSTEM. <br /> 2. THE ATTACHED O~NGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br /> 2, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
