No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped 04/03/98 , by CARLS SEPTIC and was inspected at that time, <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON 4/10/98, THE <br /> SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY NOT IN USE AND HAS NOT BEEN FOR 3 WEEKS <br /> OR SO. THE TANK HAS BEEN PUMPED AND CERTIFIED TO BE IN GOOD <br /> CONDITION. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF SYSTEM FAILURE AT THE <br /> TIME OF INSPECTION AND THERE IS AREA AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE <br /> SYSTEM REPLACEMENT. ZE <br /> 2, THE A~ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br /> 3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
