No evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped 04/03/98 , by CARLS SEPTIC and was inspected at that time, This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF SYSTEM FAILURE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION AND THERE IS AREA AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT. ZE 2, THE A~ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site. 3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected.
