Observe all <br />required setback/separation distances during the installation of the system. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records. Give a copy of this permit to the septic system <br />installer prior to the installation of the system. Any deviation from the approved plan <br />must have prior approval from this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic system: <br /> <br />TYPE OF REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: SEEPAGE TRENCH <br /> <br />MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 150 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: EQUAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 26INCHES, MININUM: <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 20INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 14INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 6INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br />30INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> <br />The disposal trenches are constructed tw~ (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot <br />centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated <br />pipe are installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground <br />surface, <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON MARCH 25. <br /> 1998. THIS REPAIR PERMIT IS ISSUED AS PROPOSED IN THE <br /> 3/21/89 VARIANCE PROPOSAL SUBMI~ED BY MR, JOHN SMITH FOR <br /> THE NEW MANUFACTURED HOME REPLACEMENT. <br />2. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />3. lliE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br />4. THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL <br /> When work is complete and ready for inspection, call our <br /> Automated Inspection Request l~ne ~t 273-4427 to request an <br /> inspection, Enter the number 801 for a PRE-COVER inspec- <br /> tion. You may leave a message for the inspector if desired, <br /> Be sure the System Record form with the As-Built drawing is <br /> on the job or in our office when the inspection is requested <br /> An inspection should be completed within seven (7) days, <br />5, SEEPAGE TRENCH systems are installed with a gravel depth <br /> under the drainfield distribution pipe greater than required <br /> for a standard system.
