Based on the results of this stu~, site approval was granted, The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits. unless otherwise authorized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. The site evaluation approval runs with the land, but the permit is non-transferable and non- refundable. Keep this document with your records, Show this permit to the septlc installer prior to installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from this office, The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the initial septic system: TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: STANDARD MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 GALLONS LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 450 TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: SERI~_ DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 24INCHES. MINIMUM; 24INCHES. MAXIMUM TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES GROUNO WATER INTERCEPTOR: Y The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface~ TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS 1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY R.FOSTER ON 8/28/98. THE SITE HAS BEEN APPROVED FOR A STANDARD DRAINFIELD SYSTEM WITH THE INSTALLATION OF A UPSLOPE CURTAIN DRAIN, INSTALL THE INITIAL DRAINFIELD ON THE HIGHEST GROUND IN THE SOLFFHWEST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY. KEEP THE SYSTEM AS CLOSE TO THE REQUIRED TRENCH DEPTH AS POSSIBLE. 2. THE A~ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site, 2, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic System and the future repair system must both be protected, 4, THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL When work is complete and ready for inspection, call our Automated Inspection Request line at 372-4427 to request an inspection.
