This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years, This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z,EWING ON 4/8/98, THE SEPTIC TANK AND DRAINFIELD HAS DIRT PILED ON IT AND SHOULD BE REMOVED AND LEVELED TO FACILITATE SYSTEM MAINTENENCE AND EXTEND SYSTEM SERVICE LIFE, THE TANK WAS PUMPED IN JUNE OF 1997 AND CERTIFIED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION, THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF SYSTEM FAILURE OR SURFACING AT THIS TIME, 2, THE AI~FACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site. 2. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway ~lacement or any similar activities may also damage the soil ~n the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected.
