No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped 11/21/96 , by STAYTON SEPTIC and was inspected at that time. <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years, <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system. Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the <br />property. <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON APRIL 2. <br /> 1998. NO CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS NOTICED DURING THE REVIEW. <br /> OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED <br /> DECEMBER 27. 1976. IT INCLUDES TWO 1000 GALLON TANKS AND TWO <br /> DRAINFIELDS. THE DRAINFIELD AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE <br /> HOUSE INCLUDES 2-100' LINES AND THE DRAINFIELD AT THE SOUTH- <br /> EAST CORNER INCLUDES 2-100' LINES. WE RECOMMEND THAT THE <br /> TANKS BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE. ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO <br /> FIVE YE~,RS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEMS USEFUL SERVICE AS LONG AS <br /> POSSIBLE. <br />2. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />3, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> ~lacement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br />FTILE <br /> <br /> <br />
