The approval is specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be <br />located in the immediate area of the test pits. unless otherwise authorized by this office. A <br />new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in <br />any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit, Soils in the approved area shall not be <br />altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the <br />successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption systems. Failure to comply with <br />the above items may void this approval, <br /> <br />This site evaluation approval runs with the land. but the permit is non-transferable and <br />non-refundable. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records, Show this permit to the septic installer prior to <br />installation of the system. Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from <br />this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the initial <br />septic system: <br /> <br /> TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: CAPPING FILL <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: t000 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 450 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: EQUAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 12INCHES, MINIMUM; 12INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: Y <br /> <br />The disposal trenches are constructed (2) feet wide and on mimimum ten (10) foot centers <br />and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length, The trenches and perforated pipe are <br />installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface, <br /> <br />TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: CAPPING FILL <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z,ENING ON 4/6/98, THE <br /> PROPOSED DRAINFIELD SITE IS APPROVED FOR A 12" CAPPING FILL <br /> DRAINFIELD WITH THE INSTALLATION OF A TILE DEWATERING SYSTEM <br /> AS PROPOSED AND DESIGNED BY ROBERT SWEENEY. REFER TO THE <br /> DESIGN PACKET FOR SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS SYSTEM. THE <br /> SYSTEM WILL SERVE NOT MORE THAN 30 AIRPLANE HANGARS OF A NON <br /> COMMERCIAL NATURE. PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION IS REQUIRED. <br /> THE CAPPING FILL SOURCE MATERIAL MUST BE APPROVED BY THIS <br /> OFFICE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. <br />2. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />3. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br />4, THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL <br /> <br /> <br />
