No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped 04/14/98 . by KEN'S VALLEY SER and was inspected at that time, <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every fqve years. <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system. Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the <br />property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CDNDiIIONS <br /> <br />1, THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON APRIL 21, <br /> 1998, THE REVIEW IS TO CONSIDER ADDING ONE BEDROOM TO THE <br /> EXISTING TWO BEDROOM MANUFACTURED HOME. NO APPARENT CONFLICT <br /> OR FAILURE WAS NOTICED DURING THE REVIEW. SOIL CONDITIONS <br /> ARE MARGINAL, SO AN ALTERNATIVE SAND FILTER SYSTEM WILL BE <br /> NECESSARY FOR FUTURE REPAIRS, SHOULD THE EXISTING SYSTEM <br /> PROVE INADEQUATE FOR THE EXPECTED INCREASED SEWAGE FLOW LOAD <br /> WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM IN OUR FILES, THE <br /> TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY <br /> FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL LIFE AS LONG AS <br /> POSSIBLE. KEEP VEHICLE TRAFFIC FROM DAMAGING THE DFU~INFIELD <br /> ESPECIALLY DURING THE P~kINY WINTER SEASON, <br />2. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />3, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities.
