THE NEW FOUNDATION LINE MUST MEET A <br /> FIVE FEET MINIMUM SETBACK FROM THE EDGE OF THE SEPTIC TANK. <br /> SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE REPAIRS. <br />2.
