OUR RECORDS <br /> INDICATE TKAT A 1000 GALLON CONCRETE REPLACEMENT SEPTIC TANK <br /> WAS INSTALLED JANUARY 8, 1997. THE EDGES OF THE TANK ARE NOW <br /> FLAGGED FOR LOCATION. THE NEW FOUNDATION LINE MUST MEET A <br /> FIVE FEET MINIMUM SETBACK FROM THE EDGE OF THE SEPTIC TANK. <br /> SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE REPAIRS. <br />2. THE A~ACHED OPd~NGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />3, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br /> <br /> <br />
