This review does not include any review of the in-plant construction of the <br />prefabricated structure. Plans have been reviewed for compliance with the provisions <br />of the Oregon State Structural Specialty Code ('91 UBC), 1992 Edition, <br /> <br />Separate permits are required for steps, ramps, any on-site construction of <br />accessory structures (i.e. roof framing for any roof over landings, additions. <br />alterations, etc.), electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. <br /> <br />Prefabricated buildings which are intended to be sold, leased, or installed <br />on a building site within Oregon shall hear an insignia of approval (and data plate <br />if permanently attached) to each unit in a visible location (5001 and 5007. <br /> <br />Be ore lnshectlons are requested, the green Record of Inspection card must he <br />posted in an accessible location near the front of the structure. No inspection <br />will be performed if the green card is not posted on the job site and available to <br />the inspector. Post the orange card. depicting the property address, at the <br />driveway entrance. <br /> <br />Work may proceed only at the direction of the inspector.
