EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />A tract of land located in the northeast one-quarter of Section 11, also in <br />northwest one-quarter of Section 12, all in Township 4 South, Range I West of <br />the Willamette Meridian, Marion County, Oregon, being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast comer of said Section 11; thence West, along the <br />North line of said section, a distance of 6.25 chains; thence South, parallel with <br />the East line of said section, a distance of 20.00 chains; thence East 6.25 <br />chains to the southwest comer of that tract of land conveyed November 19, 1984 <br />to Ralph Netter in Deed Reel 362, Page 1937, Marion County Deed Records, <br />with said southwest comer being on the center line of County Road ~-429 (Keil <br />Road); thence North 89"43'29" East, along the center line of said road and <br />along the South line of said Netter tract, a distance of 567.59 feet to a point; <br />thence North 14°24'00" West a distance of 30.94 feet to a 5/8" diameter iron rod <br />with a yellow plastic cap inscribed "Pacific Surveys / PLS 3319" set on the North <br />line of said county road; thence continuing North 14°24'00" West a distance of <br />214.63 feet to a 5/8" diameter iron rod with a yellow plastic cap inscribed "Pacific <br />SurVeys / PL$ 2319"; thence North:74°26'56" East a distance of~199.,58 feet to a <br />point on the canter line of Market Road Number 59 (Airport Road); thence <br />North 15°33'04" West, along the center of said Market Road, a distance of <br />1062.34' to a point on the North line of said Section 12; thence <br />North 89°50'57" West, along said North section line, a distance of 445.13 feet <br />returning to point of beginning, containing 29.27 acres, more or Jess. <br /> <br />SUBJECT TO the dghts of the public in and to that portion of the premises <br />herein described lying within the limits of roads and roadways. <br /> <br /> <br />
