IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER GIRDER TRUSSES BESIDES THE ONE OVER THE DEN, BRING THESE PLANS AND THE TRUSS LAYOUT IRTD THE OFFICE SO THAT I MAY CHECK THE BEARING UNDER THE GIRDER TRUSS(ES), 4. MOVE VENTS OUT FROM UNDER ABPS AND PORTAL FRAMES, 5. LOT DRAINAGE, Lots shall be provided with adequate drainage and shall be graded so as to drain surface water away from foundation walls. The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 inches within the first 10 feet, Where lot lines, walls or other physical barriers prohibit 6 inches of fall within 10 feet. drains or other approved means shall be provided to ensure positive drainage, [Sec, 401.2] 6. TRUSS DESIGN, Roof trusses are reduired to be be desigmed by an Oregon registered Engineer or Architect, For trusses manufactured by an approved fabrication plant, have the design and layout drawings available at the construction site for the framing inspection. All jobsite cutting or modifications of the roof trusses shall be clearly shown in the engineer's design calculations and drawings. 9. SAFETY GLAZIRG / AT DOOR. The following shall be considered specific hazardous locations for the purposes of glazing: Glazing, in an individual fixed or operable panel adjacent to a door where the nearest vertical edge is within a 24 inch arc of the door in a closed position and whose bottom edge is less than 60 inches above the floor or walking surface. Exception: Safety glazing is not required when there is an intervening wall or other permanent barrier between the door and the glazing. 10. SAFETY GLAZING / TUBS, The following shall be considered specific hazardous locations for the purposes of glazing. Glazing in doors and enclosures for hot tubs, whirlpools saunas, steam rooms, bathtubs, showers; glazing in any part of a building wall enclosing these compartments where the bottom edge of the glazing is less than 60 inches above the drain outlet. 11. GARAGE/CARPORT FLOOR. That area of floor used for the parking of automobiles or other vehicles shall be sloped to acilitate the movement of liquids to a drain or toward the main vehicle entry doorway, [Sec. 209.3] 12.
