ME NEW HOME WILL BE IN A <br /> DIFFERENT LOCATION. THE SITE OF THE EXISTING HOUSE WILL <br /> PROVIDE FOR FUTURE SEPTIC SYSTEM REPAIRS. OUR RECORDS IN- <br /> DICATE THAT THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM NAS INSTALLED AS A <br /> MAJOR REPAIR JANUARY 23, 1981. IT INCLUDES A 1000 GALLON <br /> CONCRETE TANK AND 170 FEET OF SEEPAGE TRENCH. NO APPARENT <br /> CONFLICT WAS NOTICED DURING THE ON-SITE REVIEW. WE HAVE NO <br /> OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED CONNECTION FOR THE NEW RESIDENCE, <br />2, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
