IT INCLUDES A 1000 GALLON CONCRETE TANK AND 170 FEET OF SEEPAGE TRENCH. NO APPARENT CONFLICT WAS NOTICED DURING THE ON-SITE REVIEW. WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED CONNECTION FOR THE NEW RESIDENCE, 2, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site, 4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected.
