Callahan Road Molalla, OR 97038 RE: Permit #98-05690 Extension Request Dear Mr. & Mrs. Holder: Your permit was issued on January 7, 1999 with an expiration date of July 7, 1999. One six month extension is allowed if a written request is received prior to expiration. If you had submitted the extension request, it would have extended your expiration date to January 7, 2000. We are willing to extend your permit expiration to that date, however, in order to now keep this permit active, you will need to complete substantial construction and request the required inspections by January 7th and thereafter continuously work on the construction until it is completed. In the event that construction cannot begin prior to January 7t~, you may reapply for your mannfaetured dwelling placement permit at one half the original fees ffyonr request is submitted before the expiration date and no changes have been made or will be made in the original plans. In your letter, you did not mention your septic permit which would also expire on January 7th.
