NO APPARENT CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS
NOTICED. WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM
IN OUR FILES. THE PUMPING REPORT FROM MIKE'S SEPTIC SERVICE
DATED SEPTEMBER 5. 1995 INDICATED THAT THE 1000 GALLON
STEEL SEPTIC TANK WAS IN FAIR CONDITION. WE RECOMMEND THAT
THE TANK BE PUMPED ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND
THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL SERVICE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. FUTURE
REPAIRS MAY INCLUDE AN ALTERNATIVE SAND FILTER SYSTEM.
2, THE ADACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD
prior to requesting an inspection.
