The approval is specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be <br />located in the immediate area of the test pits. unless otherwise authorized by this office, A <br />new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property, <br /> <br />This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in <br />any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be <br />altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the <br />successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption systems. Failure to comply with <br />the above items may void this approval, <br /> <br />This site evaluation approval runs with the land, but the permit is non-transferable and <br />non-refundable. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records, Show this permit to the septic installer prior to <br />installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from <br />this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the initial <br />septic system: <br /> <br /> TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 450 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: SERIAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 24INCHES, MINIMUM: 24INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DPt%IN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br />The disposal trenches are constructed (2) feet wide and on mimimum ten (10) foot centers <br />and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are <br />installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1, THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON AUGUST 20. <br /> 1998, INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM DRAINFIELDS AS CURRENTLY <br /> FIELD STAKED FOR LOC.4TION. REFER TO THE SITE PLAN OFTHE <br /> STAKEOUT DATED AUGUST 21~ 1998, OBSERVE ALL USUAL SETBACK <br /> AND SEPARATION DISTANCES. CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BE LIMITED TO <br /> THE DRY SOIL, SUMMER SEASON IN THESE MARGINAL SOILS, THERE <br /> IS A MODERATE ROCK HAZARD ASSOCIATED WITH DRAINFIELD CON- <br /> STRUCTION IS THESE SOILS. REMOVE LARGE ROCK FROM BACKFILL <br /> MATERIAL, <br />2, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNI~f ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />3, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br />4. THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL <br /> <br /> <br />
