Other <br />activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br />placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br />in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br />The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br />system must both be protected. <br />THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL <br />When work is complete and ready for inspection, call our <br />Automated Inspection Request line at 273-4427 to request an <br />inspection. Enter the number "801" for a PRE-COVER inspec- <br />tion. You may leave a message for the inspector if desired. <br />Be sure the System Record form with the As-Built drawing is <br />on the job or in our office when the inspection is requested <br />An inspection should be completed within seven (7) days. <br />An EFFLUENT LIFT PUMP WILL BE REQUIRED to install the septic <br />system disposal field in the approved area and at the <br />required depth, Detailed instructions for dosing tank / <br />effluent pump installations are available in our office. The <br />electrical wiring to the pump and al arm must be installed in <br />accordance with the appropriate Electrical Code. The elec- <br />trical work must be done under a Marion County Electrical <br />Permit and must be inspected and approved by a Marion County <br />Electrical Inspector, The work must be left uncovered and <br />accessible for inspection,The electrical inspection includes <br />the connections to the pump and alarm in the dosing tank.the <br />wiring in the trench and the connections in the structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
