THIS REVIEW IS TO CONSIDER CONNECTING A THREE
BEDROOM MANUFACTURED HOME TO THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM,
THE SYSTEM IS NOT CURRENTLY IN USE, SO WE ARE UNABLE TO
CONFIRM HOW WELL IT FUNCTIONS IN NORMAL USE. WE HAVE NO
RECORD OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM IN OUR FILES, AN ALTERNATIVE
SAND FILTER SYSTEM IS NECESSARY FOR FUTURE REPAIRS DUE TO
THE SHALLOW REGIONAL WATER TABLE. WE RECOMMEND THAT THE
SEPTIC TANK BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY
FOUR TO FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL SERVICE
~.S LONG AS POSSIBLE. OF-~&Y TO CONNECT TO THE EXISTING
SYSTEM ON A TRIAL USE B~SIS.
2, THE A1-FACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD
prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located
near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in
locating the access onto the site,
4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any
vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other
activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway
placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil
in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval,
The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair
system must both be protected,
