County approval of and a permit for the installation of a <br /> septic system must be obtained prior to use of any restroom <br /> facilities in the structure. <br /> <br />4. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required for <br /> work performed and must be obtained prior to commencing work, <br /> <br />5.
