The septic tank was pumped and inspected on 09/29/98 <br />by V~J_LEY SEPTIC <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON OCTOBER 12 <br /> 1998, THIS REVIEW IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPERTY PAR- <br /> TITION. NO APPARENT CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS NOTICED DURING <br /> THE REVIEW. THE ASPHALT PARKING PAD DOES ENCUMBER A PART OF <br /> THE DRAINFIELD. SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE REPAIRS. WE <br /> HAVE NO RECORD OF THE EXISTING SEPTIC SSYTEM IN OUR FILES. <br /> THE SEPTIC TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE, <br /> ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO FIVE YEARS FOR BEST PERFORMANCE AND TO <br /> EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL SERVICE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, WE <br /> HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED PARTITION, <br />3, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prqor to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavatqng or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
