No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner, The septic tank was pumped and inspected on 09/29/98 by VALLEY SEPTIC This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property. THIS REVIEW IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPERTY PAR- TITION. NO APPARENT CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS NOTICED DURING THE REVIEW. OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED AUGUST 12. 1986. IT INCLUDES A 1000 GALLON TANK AND 225 FE~T OF DP~qINFIELD. THE TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO FIVE YEARS FOR BEST PERFOR~t~NCE AND TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL SERVICE ~ LONG AS POSSIBLE, WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED PARTITION. 2. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site, 4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway ~lacement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system must both be protected.
