No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to be <br />functioning in a satisfactory manner, The septic tank was pumped and inspected on 09/29/98 <br />by VALLEY SEPTIC <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, <br /> <br />Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON OCTOBER 10 <br /> 1998. THIS REVIEW IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPERTY PAR- <br /> TITION. NO APPARENT CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS NOTICED DURING <br /> THE REVIEW. OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS <br /> INSTALLED AUGUST 12. 1986. IT INCLUDES A 1000 GALLON TANK <br /> AND 225 FE~T OF DP~qINFIELD. THE TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A <br /> REGULAR SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY FOUR TO FIVE YEARS FOR BEST <br /> PERFOR~t~NCE AND TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL SERVICE ~ <br /> LONG AS POSSIBLE, WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE PROPOSED <br /> PARTITION. <br />2. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> ~lacement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
