Based on the results of this Study, s~te approval was granted. The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be located in the ~mmediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized by this off~ce, A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a d~fferent area on the property. This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitNoned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are mot altered in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. The site evaluation approval runs with the land. but the permit is non-transferable and non- refundable. Keep this document with your records, Show this permit to the septic installer prior to installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from this office. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil ,In the area and adversely affect the septic system approval.
