Based on the results of this Study, s~te <br />approval was granted. The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic <br />system must be located in the ~mmediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized <br />by this off~ce, A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a <br />d~fferent area on the property. <br /> <br />This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitNoned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are mot altered <br />in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area <br />shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems. Failure <br />to comply with the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br />The site evaluation approval runs with the land. but the permit is non-transferable and non- <br />refundable. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records, Show this permit to the septic installer prior to <br />installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from <br />this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the initial <br />septic system: <br /> <br />TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br />MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 480 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: SERIAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 24INCHES. MINIMUM; 24INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DPJNIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br />The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers <br />and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length, The trenches and perforated pipe are <br />installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface, <br /> <br />TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> 1. THE AI-~ACHED OMANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> ,In the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br />5, THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL <br /> When work is complete and ready for inspection, call our <br /> <br /> <br />
