No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped 3 /20/98 , by VALLEY SEPTIC and was inspected at that time. <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years, <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system. THE DRIVEWAY TO THE NEW HOME HAS BEEN MOVED TO CLEAR <br /> THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM DP~AINFIELD LINES, OUR RECORDS <br /> INDICATE THAT THE EXISTING SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED AUGUST 22. <br /> 1975. IT INCLUDES A 1450 GALLON CONCRETE SEPTIC TANK AND <br /> TWO 80 FEET LONG DRAINLINES. THE SYSTEM WAS OPERATING <br /> NORMALLY WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF ANY FAILURE DURING THE ONSITE <br /> REVIEW CONDUCTED NOVEMBER 5. 1998. SPACE IS LIMITED FOR <br /> FUTURE REPAIRS WHICH MIGHT INCLUDE AN ALTERNATIVE SAND <br /> FILTER SYSTEM. THE TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ABOUT EVERY FOUR <br /> TO FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEMS USE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. <br />3. THE Al-~ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM ARF~q MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br />FILE <br /> <br /> <br />
