IT INCLUDES A 1000 GALLON CON- <br /> CRETE TANK AND 111 FEET OF SEEPAGE TRENCH DRAINFIELD, USE <br /> CARE IN SITING THE HOME AND DRIVEWAY SO NOT TO DAMAGE THE <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM. TIlE LOCATION OF ALL COMPONENTS OF THE SYSTEM <br /> SHOULD BE CONFIRMED AND CLEARLY FLAGGED TO KEEP ALL CON- <br /> STRUCTION TRAFFIC CLEAR FROM THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. AN ALTER- <br /> NATIVE SAND FILTER SYSTEM IS PROBABLY NECESSARY FOR FUTURE <br /> REPAIRS. ONCE IN USE, THE SEPTIC TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ON A <br /> REGULAR SCHEDULE, ABOUT EVERY FOUR YEARS FOR BEST SERVICE, <br />3, THE Al[ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTE]~ AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and faming activities.
