This review does not include any review of accessory structures. Separate permits are required for accessory structures, including garages and carports, electrical service, water lines, sewer lines, and septic systems. The approved site plan shall be posted in a visible and readily accessible location prior to the inspection request, The manufactured dwelling is to be installed per the 1997 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standards. The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections, (1) STAND inspection, prior to the installation of the manufactured dwelling; (2) INSTALLATION inspection (Footings/Setbacks/Blocking and Connections); and (3) FINAL inspection, All blocking, installation of temporary or permanent stairs and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical conections are required prior to an inspection requst. A REINSPECTION FEE OF $60,00 shall be assessed for each inspection beyond the permitted three inspections or (1) when the permit card or the approved site plan is not posted on the job site; (2) for failure to provide access on the date for which the inspection is requested; (2) when the work for which an inspection is requested is not complete.
