The septic tank was pumped and inspected on / / <br />by <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> 1. THE REVIEW IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE APPLICATION <br /> FOR THE PROPOSED GARAGE, NO APPARENT CONFLICT OR FAILURE WAS <br /> NOTICED DURING THE REVIEW, SPACE IS AVAIABLE FOR FUTURE <br /> REPAIRS. WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THE EXISTING SYSTEM IN OUR <br /> FILES, THE SEPTIC TANK SHOULD BE PUMPED ABOUR EVERY FOUR TO <br /> FIVE YEARS TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUl SERVICE AS LONG AS <br /> POSSIBLE. OKAY TO CONSTRUCT THE GARAGE WITHIN THE AREA AS <br /> SHOWN BY THE SITE PLAN DATED JANUARY 25, 1999~ <br />2, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br /> <br /> <br />
