This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />Planning approval may also be required for any proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> 1. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br />3. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY D.STONE on 04/07/1999. <br /> There appears to be no adverse impact on the existing <br /> on-site sewage disposal system as reflected by the submitted <br /> septic system certification form. <br /> <br /> <br />
