No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped 12/30/98 , by ACE SEPTIC SERV. and was inspected at that time. <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system, Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the <br />property. <br /> <br />1. Those rules are <br /> set forth in OAR 952-001-0010 through OAR 952-001-0090. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON 1/13/99. THE <br /> EXISTING DP~NINFIELD LOCATION IS NOT KNOWN BUT IT IS ASSUMED <br /> THAT THE lINES RUN TO THE WEST AS THE WELL IS APPROXIMATELY <br /> 100' TO THE NORTH. THE BUILDING ADDITION IS CURRENTLY EX- <br /> CAVATED FOR FOOTINGS, IT APPEARS THERE WILL BE NO CONFLICT <br /> WITH THE BElltEEN THE DRAINFIELD AND HOUSE ADDITION, THERE IS <br /> AREA AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT, THE EXISTING <br /> TANK HAS BEEN PUMPED AND CERTIFIED TO BE IN GOOD WORKING <br /> CONDITION. <br />3. THE A~ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM ARF~q MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br /> <br /> <br />
