No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped 12/30/98 , by ACE SEPTIC SERV. and was inspected at that time. <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system, Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the <br />property. <br /> <br />1. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM ARF~q MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities.
