Observe all <br />required setback/separation distances during the installation of the system. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records. Give a copy of this permit to the septic system <br />installer prior to the installation of the system. Any deviation from the approved plan <br />must have prior approval from this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic system: <br /> TYPE OF REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 C.~LLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 275 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: SERIAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 24INCHES, MININUM; 24INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DPJNIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br /> The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot <br /> centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated <br /> pipe are installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground <br /> surface. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1, CALL BEFORE YOU DIG .... IT'S THE LAW. <br /> ATTENTION: Oregon law requires you to follow rules adopted <br /> by the Oregon Utility Notification Center. Those rules are <br /> set forth in OAR 952-001-0010 through OAR 952-001-0090. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON 2/17/99. THE <br /> SITE IS APPROVED FOR A STANDARD DPdNINFIELD REPLACEMENT IN <br /> THE AREq OF THE TEST PITS PROVIDED. START THE SYSTEM AS FAR <br /> UPSLOPE AS POSSIBLE. KEEP AS CLOSE TO 100' SETBACK FROM THE <br /> STREAM BELOW THE DPJNINFIELD AS POSSIBLE. A EFFLUENT PUMP MAY <br /> BE NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE 24" MAXIMUM TRENCH DEPTH. <br />3, THE A~ACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUN~ ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br />5. THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL <br /> When work is complete and ready for inspection, call our <br /> Automated Inspection Request line at 272-4427 to request an <br /> inspection. Enter the number "801" for a PRE-COVER inspec- <br /> tion, You may leave a message for the inspector if desired, <br /> Be sure the System Record form with the As-Built drawing is <br /> on the job or in our office ~fnen the inspection is requested <br /> An inspection should be completed within seven (7) days. <br />6. An EFFLUENT LIFT PUMP WILL BE REQUIRED to install the septic <br /> system disposal field in the approved area and at the <br /> <br /> <br />
