Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other activities which would impede the successful operation of the septic system. Observe all required setback/separation distances during the installation of the system. Keep this document with your records. Give a copy of this permit to the septic system installer prior to the installation of the system. Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from this office.
