No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner, <br />The septic tank was pumped 03/16/99 . by ACE SEPTIC TANK and was inspected at that time. <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system, Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the <br />property. <br /> <br /> CDMMENIS AND CDNDIllONS <br /> <br /> 1. OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED MAY 20, 1977, IT IN- <br /> CLUDES A 1000 GALLON CONCRETE TANK AND 450 FEET OF DFUNIN- <br /> FIELD. NE HAVE NO RECORD OF THE SEPTIC SYSTEM AT THE GUEST, <br /> BUNK HOUSE FACILITY, THE SEPTIC TANK AT THE MAIN HOUSE <br /> SHOULD BE PUMPED ABOUT EVERY FOUR YEARS FOR BEST PERFORMANCE <br /> AND TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL SERVICE. SPACE IS AVAIL- <br /> ABLE FOR FUTURE REPAIRS, OKAY, FOR THE ONE BEDROOM ADDITION. <br /> REFER TO THE REVISED SITE PLAN DATED APRIL 15, 1999. <br /> 3. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br /> 4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br /> <br /> <br />
