No evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner, The septic tank was pumped 03/16/99 . by ACE SEPTIC TANK and was inspected at that time. This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system, Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the property. OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED MAY 20, 1977, IT IN- CLUDES A 1000 GALLON CONCRETE TANK AND 450 FEET OF DFUNIN- FIELD. NE HAVE NO RECORD OF THE SEPTIC SYSTEM AT THE GUEST, BUNK HOUSE FACILITY, THE SEPTIC TANK AT THE MAIN HOUSE SHOULD BE PUMPED ABOUT EVERY FOUR YEARS FOR BEST PERFORMANCE AND TO EXTEND THE SYSTEM'S USEFUL SERVICE. SPACE IS AVAIL- ABLE FOR FUTURE REPAIRS, OKAY, FOR THE ONE BEDROOM ADDITION. REFER TO THE REVISED SITE PLAN DATED APRIL 15, 1999. 3. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in locating the access onto the site. 4.
