Based on the results of this stuc[v, site <br />approval was granted, The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic <br />system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized <br />by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a <br />different area on the property. <br /> <br />This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned <br />or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered <br />in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit, Soils in the approved area <br />shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems. Failure <br />to comply with the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br />The site evaluation approval runs with the land, but the permit is non-transferable and non- <br />refundable. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records. Show this permit to the septic installer prior to <br />installation of the system. Any deviation from the approved plan must have prior approval from <br />this office, <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the initial <br />septic system: <br /> <br /> TYPE OF INITIAL SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 275 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: EQUAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 24INCHES, MINIMUM~ 30INCHES. MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br /> The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers <br /> and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length, The trenches and perforated pipe are <br /> installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: SAND FILTER <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1. THE PRO- <br /> POSED BARN WILL REQUIRE THE ABANDONMENT OF 2 75' DRAINLINES <br /> INSTALLED IN THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM, THE ABANDONED DRAINFIELD <br /> MUST BE REPLACED (SEE A~ACHED SITE PLAN DATED 2/2/99). RE- <br /> MOVE PIPE AND GRAVEL WITHIN 10' OF NEW DRAINLINES TO PREVENT <br /> EFFLUENT FROM GOING INTO BARN ARF~A, THE SEPTIC TANK SHOULD <br /> BE PUMPED IF IT HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED SINCE INSTALLED. A <br /> SAND FILTER WILL BE REQUIRED AS A FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM, <br />3. THE A1-FACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site, <br />4.
