THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON FEBRUARY
26, 1999, THE REVIEW IS TO CONSIDER CHANGING THE USE OF THE
EXISTING RESIDNECE TO A SMALL DELI RESTAUHANT, NO APPARENT
SEPTIC SYSTEM FAILURE WAS NOTICED DURING THE REVIEW. NO AREA
IS AVAILABLE FOR FUTURE REPAIRS. WE HAVE NO RECORD OF THE
EXISTING SYSTEM IN OUR FILES. A PUMPING RECORD FROM STAYTON
SEPTIC SERVICES DATED NOVEMBER 22, 1997, INDICATES THAT THE
STEEL SEPTIC TANK HAS A CAPACITY OF 750 GALLONS. THE TANK
SHOULD BE PUMPED REGULABLY TO EXTEND THE USEFUL SERVICE OF
THE SYSTEM AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, WE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE
CHANGE IN USE WITH THE PROPOSED LIMITED SEWAGE FLOW,
2. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM ARFJ~ MUST BE PROTECTED from any
vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other
activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway
placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil
in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval.
The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair
system must both be protected.
