There is a old mobile <br /> type structure on the property which has been gutted of inte <br /> rior partitions, kitchen and bathroom which is located under <br /> this proposed ramada/building. The applicant has stated that <br /> the structure will be used for storing tack, saddles, etc, <br /> related to the proposed farm operation where these items can <br /> be stored & secured. This structure is not a mobile home as <br /> it is not labelled as such by the State of Oregon. It may be <br /> a recreational vehicle but it is not being used for that use <br /> and the extensive gutting of the structure making is unusabl <br /> e as a RV, The mobile structure may be located under the roo <br /> f of the structure if used for exclusive farm use. <br />4, *IMPORTANT* The mobile structure can not be used as a dwelli <br /> ng or habitable space now or in the future, <br />5. OTHER PERMITS, All other applicable permits are required in <br /> this building (Electrical, Plumbing. Mechanical & Septic) <br />6.
