No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped 02/11/99 , by CARLS SEPTIC and was inspected at that time. <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years, <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system, Planning approval may be required for the proposed development of the <br />property. <br /> <br />1. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY Z.EWING ON 2/18/99. THE <br /> EXISTING SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED FOR A 2 BEDROOM (300 GALLON <br /> PER DAY) SYSTEM. THERE IS AREA AVAILABLE FOR A SAND FILTER <br /> SYSTEM REPLACEMENT DPJ~INFIELD SHOULD IT BECOME NECESSARY, <br /> THE TANK WAS PUMPED AND CERTIFIELD TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. <br /> KEEP THE AREA INDICATED AS REPAIR AREA FREE OF FUTURE DEVEL- <br /> OPMENT. <br />2, THE A~ACHED ORANGE CARD MU~T BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> ~lacement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
