Based on the results of this study, site approval was granted. The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. The site evaluation approval runs with the land. but the permit is non-transferable and non- refundable. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground surface, TYPE OF FUTURE REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS 1. EFFLUENT SEWER: The effluent sewer is the pipe running from the septic tank to the disposal field. The effluent sewer shall extend at least five (5) feet from the tank. There must be a minimum difference of eight (8) inches between the invert (flow line) of the septic tank outlet and the invert of the distribution or drop box outlet. In Equal Distribu- tion, there must be six (6) inches of fall between the septic tank outlet and the distribution box inlet. In Serial Distribution. there must be two (2) inches of fall between the septic tank outlet and the drop box inlet. 2. CALL BEFORE YOU DIG .... IT'S THE LAW.
